Vodka Silla® is an organic and gluten-free product, obtained from organic soft wheat.
We only use selected and certified grain of the highest quality, expertly distilled by our master distillers using a state-of-the-art, technologically advanced system.
The union of distillations and sophisticated and innovative filtration give life to an extremely pure, clear and crystalline product.
The entire process of creating our distillate is carried out entirely in Italy , precisely in Piedmont, at the foot of the Cottian Alps.
Apart from organic soft wheat and pure water , we do not use any other type of ingredient .
Each bottle of Silla® vodka contains the purity of uncontaminated nature that expresses a history of Italian excellence: the harmonious outcome of passion, studies and research.
From the highest source in Europe.
We use only natural mineral water taken pure , as it flows from the source. Silla® vodka water is born at 2,042 meters above sea level, in the heart of Monviso , from the highest source in Europe .
A special water, which flows from an uncontaminated Alpine aquifer, protected by the rocks that enclose it, at a temperature between 3 and 4 °C , far from any human settlement or source of pollution.
The purity of Vodka Silla® is characterised by bacteriologically pure water, to which no disinfection treatments can be applied .
The water used for Silla® vodka is among the waters with the least sodium in the world: only 0.20 mg/l.
Man and biosphere reserve.
The springs that give life to Silla® vodka, located in the Piedmont region, have been declared a human and biosphere reserve by UNESCO : this recognition aims to reward sustainable development and uncontaminated purity.

Koesher Certification.
The Hebrew word Kosherin means according to the law or suitable and indicates that a food has been produced in compliance with the dietary rules prescribed by the Bible. Kosher certification concerns only food (from raw materials to production methods to the finished product) and must be issued exclusively by a rabbinical body that affixes the mark of the certifying rabbi.
